These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Trust Score Network, including all public pages, member pages, administrative systems, market intelligence tools, scoring methodology, data analytics tools, reports, content, workflows, and related services.

Mandatory Proprietary Access Agreement

Access to Trust Score Network is conditioned upon acceptance of the Proprietary Rights and Intellectual Property Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not access, browse, register for, log in to, review, or use any portion of the platform.

Human visitors must accept the proprietary access agreement before continuing beyond the initial site-entry gate. If a human visitor does not accept the agreement, access is refused and the visitor may be redirected away from the platform.

Legitimate search engine crawlers may access public crawlable pages for ordinary indexing according to the site robots policy. This search-engine exception does not grant any human visitor, company, competitor, developer, or automated commercial extraction tool permission to copy, rebuild, duplicate, harvest, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the platform.

Proprietary Rights and Intellectual Property

Trust Score Network contains proprietary intellectual property, confidential methodologies, trade secrets, scoring systems, workflows, designs, source code, database structures, business processes, AI-assisted analytical systems, written content, graphics, documentation, and platform architecture.

By accessing, reviewing, registering for, or using the platform, you agree that you will not copy, disclose, share, sell, reproduce, reverse engineer, scrape, benchmark, imitate, re-idea, re-create, reinvent, adapt, derive from, or use any part of this platform, in whole or in part, to create a competing or derivative product, service, website, database, scoring model, workflow, or business system without prior written permission from Trust Score Network.

No access to the platform grants ownership, license, assignment, transfer, or usage rights except the limited right to use the platform for ordinary personal or approved business purposes under these Terms.

Confidential Methodology and Trade Secrets

The Trust Score methodology, evidence weighting systems, source evaluation process, market intelligence framework, predictive scoring structure, data aggregation workflows, score explanation logic, and related business systems are confidential and proprietary. They may not be copied, reverse engineered, extracted, disclosed, repurposed, sold, licensed, or used to create any similar or competing system.

Restricted Conduct

You may not use the site to perform unauthorized scraping, harvesting, mirroring, automated extraction, bulk copying, competitive benchmarking, model training, data resale, derivative development, or any activity intended to duplicate or reproduce Trust Score Network’s structure, functionality, workflow, scoring logic, presentation, or business model.

Automated Access, AI Training, and Commercial Extraction

Except for ordinary public search-engine indexing under the site robots policy, you may not use bots, scrapers, automated agents, datasets, crawlers, AI-training pipelines, commercial indexes, or bulk-download tools to copy, harvest, reproduce, train on, resell, benchmark, or rebuild Trust Score Network content, reports, evidence maps, source maps, scoring outputs, page structures, workflows, or proprietary platform behavior without prior written authorization.

Trust Score Network may rate limit, block, log, investigate, require API keys, require written commercial-use approval, suspend accounts, or pursue available remedies for automated extraction, competitive reconstruction, reverse engineering, or unauthorized commercial reuse.

Account Access, Site Entry, and Acceptance Records

Access is conditional. The site-entry gate, registration form, and login form may each require acceptance of these Terms and the Proprietary Rights Agreement. Trust Score Network may record acceptance, including timestamp, IP address, browser information, account identifier, acceptance context, and agreement version.

Existing members may be required to re-accept the current agreement version before continued access. If you do not agree, you must not enter, register, log in, access, review, browse, or use any portion of the platform.

Termination and Remedies

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access, account suspension, removal of privileges, cease-and-desist demands, injunctive relief, claims for damages, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

No Legal, Financial, or Investment Advice

Trust Score Network provides informational trust analytics and evidence-based scoring tools. The platform does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional advice. Users are responsible for their own decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

No Warranty

The platform is provided as-is and as-available. Trust Score Network does not guarantee that scores, signals, projections, summaries, or analytics will be complete, error-free, current, or suitable for every purpose.
